Proposal and pre-production
Within three business days of our discovery call, you will receive a detailed written proposal that includes a creative concept, shot list or storyboard, production schedule, and transparent cost breakdown. Once you approve the proposal and sign our project agreement, we move into pre-production — scouting locations, casting talent if needed, and preparing all equipment and logistics.
Production day
On shoot day, our crew arrives fully prepared with all equipment tested and ready. We follow the approved shot list while remaining flexible enough to capture spontaneous moments that add authenticity. Our director keeps the energy positive and the schedule on track, and we provide real-time updates if you are not on set. Every production day concludes with a backup of all footage to redundant drives.
Post-production and delivery
Our editors assemble the footage into a polished first cut, complete with colour grading, motion graphics, music, and sound design. We share the cut via a secure online review link where you can leave time-coded comments. After incorporating your feedback across the included revision rounds, we deliver the final files in all agreed formats — optimised for web, social media, broadcast, or any other platform you require.
