Our studio is open for visits by appointment Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are located on the third floor of the building — ring the buzzer marked "RVM Studio" and our receptionist will let you in. Street parking is limited, so we recommend taking the MTR to Causeway Bay station (Exit F) and walking the short distance to our door.

Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often from prospective clients considering a video project with us.
How long does a typical video project take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. A straightforward corporate interview video can be completed in two to three weeks from briefing to final delivery. A multi-location commercial with animation and sound design typically takes six to eight weeks. During our initial consultation, we will provide a detailed project timeline tailored to your specific requirements so there are no surprises along the way.
Do you travel outside of Hong Kong for shoots?
Absolutely. While our studio is based in Causeway Bay, we regularly travel throughout Asia and beyond for client projects. We have filmed in mainland China, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately and transparently before any commitment is made.
What if I only need editing, not a full production?
We are happy to work with existing footage. Many clients come to us with raw material from internal teams or previous shoots that needs professional editing, colour grading, and sound design. Our post-production packages are designed specifically for this scenario, and you can find details on our pricing page.
Can you help with video strategy and distribution?
Yes. We offer strategic consultations that cover content planning, platform optimisation, thumbnail design, and analytics tracking. We believe a great video is only as effective as its distribution strategy, so we work closely with your marketing team to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
How many revisions are included?
Every package includes at least two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revision rounds can be arranged at a fair hourly rate. We find that our thorough pre-production process — including detailed storyboards and mood boards — means most clients are delighted with the first or second cut.
